Based in the ancient Britheimh system of Ireland our courts are not judiciaries, but are based in the principles of fairness and equinimity. The oldest of the surviving early European legal systems its name derives from Breith the Irish word for JudgementIt was for the fineness and the fairness of their Breith that the Britheimh (judgmentmakers) were sought out. In fact every invader who has over taken Ireland has given over to the Britheimh law, presumambly for the fairness of its laws.
