Dia Naomh, a’coimhead thairis air na trì neo-chiontasan seo a tha air sgàth cuingealaichean daonna
Holy God, overlook and forgive these three vanities that are due to our human limitations

‘S tu anns a h-uile àite, gidheadh tha sinn gad adhradh an seo
Thou art everywhere, yet we worship you here

‘S tusa gun chruth, ach tha sinn gad adhradh anns na cruthan seo
Thou art without form, yet we worship you in these forms

Chan eil feum agad air ùrnaighean agus ìobairtean
Thou hast no need of prayer and sacrifice

Ach tha sinn a’ tabhann na h-ùrnaighean agus na h-ìobairtean seo dhut
Yet we offer you these prayers and sacrifices

Cuimhnich, na tha sinn a’ dèanamh, tha sinn a’ dèanamh le deagh rùn
Please remember that all we do, we do in good faith

Bheir sinn oirnn fhèin dèanamh ar n-obair fo do bheannachd
We ask that you watch over, and bless our works

Air sgàth nan uile chreutairean cho farsaing ris an àite
For the sake of all beings as limitless as space

Light the 7 altar candles from the main fire. Say the prayer first before lighting each candle in order (Cetnad nAise)

Tha mi ag èigheachd air seachd nigheanan a' Chuain
I invoke the seven daughters of Ocean
A bhios a’ fighe na snàithleanan airson mic na h-aoise.
Who weave the threads for the sons of age.
Gabhadh naoi bàsan bhuam, bhuainn,
Nine deaths be taken from me/us,
Thèid naoi beathannan a thoirt dhomh, dhuinn,
Nine lifetimes be given to me/us,
Ann an Lorica bhrèagha gun chron.
In beautiful Lorica without hurt.
Cha tèid mi fhìn/ninn a ghoirteachadh le buidheann de dh'fhir armachd,
I shall not be injured by a gang of armed men
No le dùthanas de bhoireannaich armachd.
Nor a bevy of armed women.
Gu sìneadh Tighearna (nan uile) an t-saoghail ùine dhomh, dhuinn,
May the Lord(s) of the universe stretch time for me,
Tha mi ag èigheachd air Seanach nan Naoi linntean,
I invoke Seanach of the Nine eons,
Gu sìorraidh na seachd coinneal gun a dhol à sealladh.
May the seven candles never be extinguished.

O, sibhse seachd nigheanan a chèile, agus màthraichean a chèile,
Oh ye seven daughters of each other, and each other's mothers
Air am faoineadh le gealach is muir airson tomhas ar làithean,
Wrought by moon and sea for the measure of our days
Tha mi ag èigheachd, tha mi ag iarraidh oirbh an seo le ainm:
I call you, I invoke you here by name:

May my Faith express itself in my deeds
Smachdail, air an Dimàirt (las an dàrna coinnle), a’ breith a piuthar Dìlseachd;

Iomaguinneachd, air an Dihaoine (las a’ chòigeamh coinnle), a’ breith a piuthar Eòlas;

Gun tèid mi air adhart bhon neo-fhìor gu fìor.
May I be led from the unreal to the real
Eòlas, air an t-Sathairne (las an siathamh coinnle), a’ breith a piuthar Gràdh;
Knowledge, on the Saturday (light sixth candle) gives birth to her sister Love:
Gun sgaoileadh mo ghràdh gu gach uile chreutair cho farsaing ri spàs.
May my love extend to all beings as limitless as space
Gràdh a tha sinn a’ comharrachadh air an t-Sàbaid (las an t-seachdamh coinnle);
Love is what we celebrate on the Sabbath (light the seventh candle)
Ise màthair a’ Chreidimh, agus a h-uile càil: Gum faic mi Gràdh Dhè ann an a h-uile rud.
She is the mother of Faith, and of them all: May I recognize God's love in all things
Bi Dia còmhla ris a h-uile daoine.
God be with all peoples.

Bidh sinn a’ beathachadh na teine ann an cridhe ar tìre,
We feed the fire on the heart of our land,

Leis an teine, gabhaidh sinn seilbh,
With the fire we take possession,

Den fhearann a shoillsicheas i, den t-saoghal a bhlàthaicheas i,
Of the land it lights, of the world it warms,

Bho seo gu siud, gabhaidh sinn seilbh.
From here to there, we take possession.

ArdDraoi: Bidh sinn a’ tòiseachadh ar cuairt agus an t-ùrnaigh seo
We make (begin) our circuit and this supplication

ALL (kneeling): Le bhith a’ lùbadh ar ghuailnean
By bending our knees (Kneel)

Ann an sùil an Athair a cheannaich mi
In the eye of the Father who purchased me

Ann an sùil na Màthar a chruthaich mi
In the eye of the Mother who created me

Agus ann an sùil na Spioraid Naoimh a ghlan mi
And in the eye of the Holy Spirit that cleansed me

Le gaol is dealas
With love and devotion

Thèid sinn chun na h-altair aig Aedh (Dhia sìorraidh)
We shall go unto the altar of Aedh (God the eternal)

Fiù 's chun an tùs ar gàirdeachas agus aoibhneas
Even unto the source of our joy and gladness

Thoir breith còmhla rinn, a Dhia (Iah) a tha na chomhnard air an taobh thall
Give sentence with us, oh Dia (Jah) who dwells in the beyond

Dìon ar cùis an aghaidh an fheadhainn a dhèanadh cron oirnn
Defend our cause against those who would do us harm

O, Faoiseamhadair, saor sinn bho na breugach agus na h-aingidh
Oh, Deliverer, deliver us from the deceitful and the wicked

Oir is tu tùs mo/làr neart
For thou art the source of my/our strength

O cuir a-mach do sholas agus do fhìrinn: gum bi iad gam stiùireadh:
O send out thy light and thy truth: that they may lead us:

Agus gum bi iad gar toirt chun do chnuic naomh, agus do d' àros
And bring us to thy holy hill, and to thy dwelling

Agus gum bi sinn a’ dol chun na h-altair na sìorraidheachd
And that we may go unto the altar of eternity

Fiù 's chun an tùs gach aoibhneas agus gàirdeachas
Even unto the source of all joy and gladness

Agus air a’ chlàrsach bheir mi taing dhut (que Clàrsaire)
And upon the harp will I give thanks unto thee (que Harpist)

Tog ar cridheachan trom, agus na bi mì-riaraichte leinn
Lift up our heavy hearts, and be not disquieted with us

Cuiridh sinn ar creideamh annad, an t-sruth as àirde do dhiachan ar ndaoine.
Let us put our trust in you, the source of the Gods of our people.

Dha na rinn, tro chùrsa an ama,
Whose hands have, through the course of time,

Na masgaichean seo air sìorraidheachd a shuidheachadh gum bi sinn a’ toirt taing.
Placed these masks upon eternity that we might give thanks.

Oir bheir sinn taing dhan neo-thuigseach a tha na chuideachadh do ar gnùis
For we will give thanks to that ineffable which is the help of our countenance

Ar n-amas, agus ar dòchas
Our goal, and our hope

Mar a bha e sa toiseach, tha e a-nis, agus bidh e gu bràth
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be

Thèid sinn chun na h-altair na sìorraidheachd
We shall go unto the altar of eternity

Fiù 's chun an tùs ar gàirdeachas agus aoibhneas
Even unto the source of our joy and gladness

(adapted from the Sarum Usus)

Charge the incense. (Saying this prayer the 3 draoi bless all sides of the altar)

Gun toir m’anail anns na nèamhan fianais
May my breath in the heavens bear witness

Air mo ùrnaighean dèanta an seo gu h-ìosal
To my prayers done here down below

Gun dèan sinn an-còmhnaidh strì anns an t-saoghal nan trì
May we always strive to do in the world of the three

Mar a nì na h-ainglean, na naoimh, agus gaisgich anns na tallaichean Glòir nèamhaidh
As the angels, saints, and Heroes do in the heavenly halls of Glory

(adapted from the Sarum Usus)

  O Canada

Land of the worthy heroes

A crown on your head of red and gold leaves

From sea to sea, with a sweet song

We praise your name a luaidh [term of endearment, like "dear"]

Under the shelter of your shield there is sweet freedom

That no enemy can seize from us

O Canada, the devotion of our hearts

Happiness with peace and the bounty of God to our land

  God save our gracious Queen/King,

Long live our noble Queen/King,

God save The Queen/King:

Send her victorious,

Happy and glorious,

Long to reign over us:

God save The Queen/King.

O Lord our God arise,

Scatter her enemies,

And make them fall:

Confound their politics,

Frustrate their knavish tricks,

On Thee our hopes we fix:

God save us all.

Thy choicest gifts in store,

On her be pleased to pour;

Long may she reign:

May she defend our laws,

And ever give us cause

To sing with heart and voice

God save The Queen!

O, a Dhè, 's e tàirneanach a ghuth

O, God whose voice is thunder

Aig a bheil làthaireachd dealanaich

Whose presence is lightning

A' chiad am measg nan Déithe freagairteach

First among like natured Gods to dwell

Cluinn mo bheag guth a tha ag iarraidh thu a-nis

Hear my little voice that calls you here

Le saoradh, le ùrnaighean air an cur a-mach, bidh sinn gad iarraidh a-nis

With libations, with prayers poured out, we call you here

Dìonair na freagairte, briseadh a h-uile rud a tha a' freagairt oirnn;

Destroyer of opposition, destroy all which opposes us;

Fòsair na freagairte, cuir às a h-uile rud a tha ann ar slighe

Remover of obstacles, remove all in our way

Dèalaich air adhart romhainn air ar slighe

Go forth before us along our path.

Guidheamaid tro na tìrean nach eil a’ freagairte,

Guide us through the untamed lands,

Ò, neach-dìon, Ò, freagairte de na slighean

O protector, O cleaver of mountains

aig am bheil an ceuman a' crathadh na coille

Whose footsteps shake the forest

aig am bheil an crith air an talamh a' nochdadh

Whose tread the trembling earth resounds

Bì còmhla rinn a-nis

Be with us now
