Cia bheil? What's up?

Let me begin by stating outright that though the goal here is reconstruction, the understanding must be that those days are passed and a full reconstruction of the religion we now call Druidism in its original neolithic form is impossible for a number of reasons. The variations in practice, both ancient and modern, make it difficult to establish a unified practice (orthopraxy). In attempting to establish a new custom out of the old in this new world (new to us, old to the Anishnabee) some choices have had to be made. If you can substantively argue against any of these choices with proper arguments and proofs let me personally invite you to , this beginning is begun in the hopes of its amendment. Here are some of the choices i have made. Based on the archeological evidence i posit that the religion originated in the north, or was brought there after long traverse, and had its first flourishing in what are now the British isles. I don't believe it originated in Orkney, but that the best and oldest preserved monuments are in Orkney due to the stonework that remains, whereas the wood work would have faded on the mainlandand was probably the forunner going by the mortice and tennon joints in Stonehenge. I also posit that the Culture we agree to call Celt (with all its various factions) is a westerly branch of what is called Brahminism in the East. I assert that the Battle of Kuruksetra took place closer to what is now Prusia and that the Sons of Kuruksetra went East and the Sons of Drtrastra went west. There is suport for this theory amongst lignuistic scholars as well, the closest related language to Gaelic is Hindi. I assert that Goidelc and Sanskrit were dialects of the Bheurla (common tongue) of the time. I believe it was an initial wave of progress westwards for our pioneer Druids, followed by a recourse all the way back to Turkey after picking up a priesthood from Britania. Following some great event (Gaugamella perhaps) the Gaulish confederacyies began a return trip to what is now France pick up Pythagorasin this wave; eventually deifying him Aesculaspius style. This is one of my explanations for the prevalence of Trinities in Druidism. It also helps put some of the beliefs and customs into perspective. I believe it was Pythagoras' epicurean nature which eventually led to the establishment of the Bardo-Druidic colleges. Through years of cultural appropriations, and localisations it evolved (as all things do, Bile be praised) into the "Druidisms" we now have today, in all the spleandour of their local variety.
